Wizard 207
Wizard 207 is a fast-paced two-player rhythm PvP game inspired by the classic playground game Double-Oh Seven.

The Making of Wizard 207
The goal of this game was to reimagine a nostalgic childhood classic in a fun, modern way. We’re proud of how the timing-based combat and visual feedback create tension and strategy in each round. However, clarity and accessibility could be improved, especially for new players still learning rhythm timing. The game would benefit from further playtesting, refined input responsiveness, and polished visuals. There are still a few minor bugs, and adding sound and music remains a key next step. Overall, it’s been a fun experiment that captures the spirit of friendly, chaotic wizard battles, but it still leaves room for further improvement in future iterations.

This is a very cool take on 007. The timing is a little difficult to get on the beats, but I think it makes for a fun 2 player experience! Even though I kept losing. And also I love the sprites, the wizards are very cute.
The idea for a PvP rhythm game is very unique. However, I think the game could have better visual and auditory feedback so the players have a better understanding of the game.
I usually struggle with rhythm-based games, so I kept getting defeated pretty quickly, but the artwork is really well done. The nostalgic art style fits the concept perfectly and makes the game instantly appealing. Even though rhythm games aren’t my strong suit, I can still appreciate the timing-based system — it just felt a bit confusing for me to follow at first. Clearer visual cues or a short tutorial might help new players like me get the hang of the rhythm more easily.
fun game! love the retro art feel of it all! always a sucker for rhythm based games as well, maybe add more attack variation and a scope of difficulty levels maybe as the loop is like insanely fast and quite easy to defeat the other player, especially for those well versed with rhythm games ahah
Fun and easy to pickup! The graphics are nice too!
Wow sick character design! What was the inspo? Kudos to the artist!!
The graphics are really nice. Very quick, responsive, and intense gameplay.
I think that maybe block should be down and reload should be back. Basing it off the actual hand game, reload makes you do a back pointing motion, so i think it would make more sense control wise.
Overall, great game.
cool game like 007 with rhythm and action, you have to charge up and then shoot or block quickly against the other player. super impressive graphics and gameplay, too hard and fast for me, but for big gamers I’m sure it’s perfect
Love this one. Super cute artwork with a simple and quick core gameplay loop. I'd like to see the main multiplayer "battle" sequence incorporate more elements so it does not begin and end within what feels like 10 seconds.
Fast-paced, pretty neat. The rhythm based mechanics are pretty cool. Sound would be nice.
